Return Policy
All Gripped, assembled, and Complete skateboard sales are final.
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange your item(s). To return or exchange an item simply call (713-783-5506) or E-mail (info@kingpinztx.com). We will then give you a return authourization number. Wrap or box the item(s) and write the return authorization number on the outside of the box and send it to the address below.
Please Note: Upon shipping back your return/exchange to kingpinztx.com, all items must be in condition as shipped to you. Shoe boxes must be wrapped or boxed and shipped complete, Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags intact (Due to further sale of the item's').
Defective Items If you feel your item(s) is defective please call (713-783-5506) and explain in detail the defectiveness of your item(s).
Please note: Most shoes are under warranty for 30 days for manufacturer defects. This does not include wear from skateboarding or any other abuse to your shoes. Skateboards are usually 15 day warranty against delamination. This does not include breadage, water or sun delamination. kingpinztx.com does not guarantee an exchange or credit on a defective item(s).
Shipping & Handling:
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. We do not accept C.O.D's. kingpinztx.com prefers you ship UPS or Fed Ex. Therefore, you will automatically have an insured package and proof of delivery. USPS is also okay, but be sure to ask for insure and comfirmation. Also, on any free shipping offers, when returning an item for a refund, customer will be billed the regular shipping rate for that item.

SHIPMENTS:
Sorry we do not ship Internationally. Shipments to APO or PO Boxes can take 6-10 days longer than a physical address. If we are out of an item, we will contact you if there might be something we can substitute it for. When ordering skateboard decks, be aware that colors change often and that we are not responsible if the color has changed. Some items may not be in stock, we will ship out all other items that are on your order. You must choose the correct shipment category for your order (For eg. order with an AK. address must ship - USPS Priority Mail (AK,HI Only) shipping method or 2nd day air). Otherwise, shipping charges will be changed for you automatically. Some items may be shipped seperate from original order. Oversize shipments may have additional shipping charges.
*Please note: Orders that have been received before 6 pm. Cst usually will be shipped out the next day (not including weekends & holidays).
